Café Ca'n Toni is one of Palma's emblematic venues. With over 1,000 four-and-a-half-star Google reviews, it's probably one of the city's most underrated addresses. Owner Toni often sits at the first table on the right — always a good sign.
Located next to Carrer Sant Feliu, just a stone's throw from El Borne, the abundant dark wood creates a wonderfully cosy atmosphere. A wood-fired oven turns out suckling pig and lamb — that's exactly what you should come for.
For starters, I recommend the ham carved straight from the leg. Tapas like Gambas al Ajillo are also excellent. For mains, look no further than the Porcella — suckling pig from the wood oven.
Not cheap, around 50 euros per person. But the quality is a class above most restaurants in Palma.
