Nico and I share something close to a friendship. Together we spent two years helping Pollensa's less privileged families. His restaurant, R3spira, is a passion project.
R3spira is an upscale Italian restaurant that feels completely down-to-earth and relaxed. Nico and his wife are hosts out of pure passion — you feel it in every detail.
Located in the heart of Pollença with a cosy, modern dining room and outdoor tables. You come here for the food: a new menu every week. The salmon tartare as starter and the chicken-filled cannelloni — both excellent and beautifully presented, 10–15 euros each.
If you're craving Italian cuisine and find yourself in the Pollensa area, there's hardly a way past R3spira.
