Fera: Where Mallorca Meets the World
Fera
Chef Simon Petutschnig creates borderless Mediterranean cuisine with Japanese precision in the Círculo Mallorquín palacete. 9.8/10 on TheFork — Palma's best-kept secret.
Read more→The Stay is one of my top restaurants in Mallorca. And it's not just about the food.
The Stay has different menus. Afternoons feature a snack menu with excellent kitchen classics like grilled turbot fillet or entrecôte. Tapas around 5 euros; the currywurst at 8.90 — you must try it! Homemade sauce, seriously good.
The set menu at 38 euros is a statement: 3–5 starters, 3 mains, half a litre of wine, water and dessert. The bœuf bourguignon was wonderful — 150 percent flavour. A beautifully bound sauce with an almost infinite range of aromas.
Service is exceptionally friendly. Maintaining this quality across over 60 tables is an achievement in itself.
The trump card is the location: you sit on a harbour pier with a wonderful view over Puerto Pollença. Here, both location and cuisine deliver.
