Santa Palma
Warm atmosphere and strong starters in Santa Catalina — the Bravas Hojaldradas and truffled sobrasada toast impress. Mains and desserts drop off slightly in quality.

A friend recently dragged me to Orígenes Café — a real hidden gem in Santa Catalina where stepping through the door instantly triggers that special I-want-to-stay feeling.
The barista is a pro. His pride in the coffee is palpable in every movement.
The flat white arrives and is even better than expected. Creamy, rich and without a trace of bitterness.
The star on the plate: Revuelto El Loco. Creamy scrambled eggs, avocado at the perfect ripeness, fresh cheese and confit cherry tomatoes. A breakfast you won't forget easily.
The açaí bowl was cool, creamy and surprisingly natural in flavour. The homemade granola with nuts and a hint of honey — crunchy and just right.
Leaving Orígenes, I know: this was more than breakfast. It was a small culinary awakening.
